Marketing Assistant (Part-Time)

Job Overview:

James Martin Associates is seeking a creative and organized Part-Time Marketing Assistant to support marketing initiatives across our branches through content creation and marketing support. This role directly reports to the Marketing & Communications Manager. 

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media/Content Assistance
  • Assist with creating and scheduling content for Facebook and Instagram
  • Help develop engaging captions and visual content aligned with brand voice
  • Assist in developing and designing monthly newsletter for one of our branches
Photography & Visual Content
  • Assist with planning and coordinating marketing photo shoots
  • Edit photos and short-form videos for marketing and social media use
  • Organize and tag images into our system
Additional Marketing Support
  • Coordinate and create internal communications as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Experience in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Canva
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment, including taking direction and constructive feedback
