exciting opportunity for a part-time Office Administrator to support various teams.
James Martin Associates is a leader in the landscape and snow management industry, providing services to our customers in the northern Chicago area for over 45 years.
Responsibilities Include:
- Miscellaneous team administrative assignments, including running errands, copying, filing, answering phones
- Administrative team support
- Preparing weekly reports
- Seasonal projects
- Documenting procedures
- Other Duties Assigned
Qualifications:
- Customer Service Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent math skills
- High level of organization and accuracy
- Must have proven success in multi-tasking
- Effective problem solver, and a flexible, hardworking individual who is prepared to work in a challenging environment
Flexible Hours/Days:
- 20-25 Hours a Week with potential to become full-time
- 4-5 Days a Week, Monday-Friday
- Between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm
