Landscape and Snow Operations Associate Job Summary
Landscape Operations potential responsibilities and challenges:
  • Learn residential or commercial landscape maintenance production and efficient processes
  • Assist foremen with the installation of landscape projects
  • Install,repair and maintain irrigation systems
  • Supervise crews in safe and high quality landscape operations
  • Focus efforts on exceptional customer service and a goal of  100% account renewal
  • Assist with various yard management procedures
  • Assist landscape design team with conceptual design, estimating, construction and project planning
  • Horticultural services
Snow Operations potential responsibilities and challenges:
  • Measure sites, create estimates and maps for new customer proposals.
  • Participate in snow management activities such as plow truck driving, shoveling, salting or office administration during snow events
  • Organize and work on pre-season equipment and fleet preparation maintenance and repairs

Landscape and Snow Operations Associate Education and Experience Requirements
2 or 4 year Degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Landscape Design/Architecture or Construction Management.  Landscape Industry experience (i.e. past summer internships or employment). Clean driving record.  Ability to communicate in Spanish a plus.
 
Landscape and Snow Operations Associate Expectations & Benefits
Typical Work Day:
Landscape Season: Start 6:00 am, End 3:00-6:00 pm, 15-20 Saturdays for 6-8 hrs.
Snow Season: Due to unpredictable nature of snow and requirements for service, work may occur at any time.
