Snow Team Administrator - Only work when it snows!!!

Do you need a extra hours but another part-time job would be too much? 

We are looking for  2-3 individuals who are high energy and have a high attention to detail.

Training and initial assignments will begin in early November. In December and throughout the winter season, the working hours for the job are dependent on the frequency and timing of snowfalls throughout the snow season, 6-10 hours per snowfall. Additional hours for administrative tasks following a snow or salt event will be needed.  
 
Snow Plow Team Administrative Support Responsibilities 
 
  • Receive and document driver call information in computer system
  • Receive and document customer calls
  • Check in drivers and shovelers, review timesheets
  • Enter time and materials used during snow plow event in computer system
  • Assist with organization and filing within the office
 
Snow Plow Team Administrative Qualifications
 
  • Must be available during snow storms, typically arriving at the office between 5:00- 6:00 am.
  • Microsoft Excel and Word skills required
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility to quickly learn and perform snow administration duties
  • Positive, friendly attitude, to work in a team environment
  • High level of organization and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish a plus
  
Hourly Rate: $14.00
Expected Hours: 10 -20 per week, potentially more or less depending on snow activity
