Commercial Landscape & Irrigation Team Manager

L.I.D. Landscapes is looking for a highly motivated, innovative, and results driven individual to take our Commercial Maintenance, Irrigation and Snow teams to the next level as the Team Manager in the Boulder Area.

This position has the responsibility to ensure quality services, perform work efficiently and safely, and provide a high level of customer satisfaction for maintenance and irrigation projects.  This position also requires a demonstrated landscape maintenance sales focus with area management responsibilities during the snow season.

Primary responsibilities: 
  • Contribute to and execute the annual sales plan for commercial landscape maintenance, irrigation and snow management services.
  • Lead weekly team meetings to coordinate the activities of the team and crew production schedule.
  • Develop and manage yearly budget and monthly performance of maintenance division.
  • Lead efforts focused on exceptional customer service toward a goal of 100% account renewal
  • Sell and manage individual assigned commercial accounts.
  • Join in management responsibilities for snow plow sales and operations.
Essential competencies and characteristics:
  • Developed leadership; focusing energy around sales and growing people.
  • Excellent knowledge of residential and commercial irrigation systems installation and repair
  • Sales planning and presentation to large and small commercial targets.
  • Productivity and team management, accountable and measurable results.
  • Management of a budget and financial performance.
  • Horticulture services, landscape and snow industry equipment knowledge.
  • 5+ years experience with landscape maintenance crew supervision. 
  • Prefer degree in landscape management, irrigation, horticulture or equivalent experience. 
  • CLT Certification, preferred. CDL license a plus.  
  • Spanish language skills beneficial.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office programs.
