L.I.D. Landscapes is an award winning Landscape and Snow Management company serving Boulder, Colorado for over 35 years.  We are seeking a full time, organized and experienced Administrator to provide support to our Landscape Management and Snow teams as the Team Administrator.
 
Job Summary:
The Team Administrator duties include: processing production packages, job set up for invoicing, processing of contract renewals, maintaining spreadsheets, releasing of materials, team labor and material tracking, preparing estimates and proposals as well as additional office related responsibilities.  
  
Job Skills and Personal Characteristics:
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
5+ years’ experience in office administration
Superb customer service skills
