L.I.D. Landscapes, an award winning Landscape and Snow Management company serving Boulder, Colorado for over 35 years.  We are seeking a full time, organized and experienced Team Administrator to support the Landscape Management and Snow teams.
 
Job Summary:
The Team Administrator duties include: processing production packages, job set up for invoicing, processing of contract renewals, maintaining spreadsheets, releasing of materials, team labor and material tracking, preparing estimates and proposals as well as additional office related responsibilities.  
  
Job Skills and Personal Characteristics:
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
5+ years’ experience in office administration
Superb customer service skills
  
The Team Administrator position is a full time position.  Expected hours during the landscape season requiring flexibility to work Monday through Friday between the hours of 6:00 am and 6:00 pm. Potential work hours during the snow season include nighttime, weekends, and holidays to assist with snow operations. Benefits include medical, dental, 401K, PTO, and paid holidays.
